Information on cookies

Rights of the interested parties

Furthermore, the user has the right to obtain their deletion, conversion into anonymous form or obstruction of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the right to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data pertinent to same. Moreover, in compliance with the terms of the GDPR, users may:
- request the restriction of the processing of personal data in the event:
1- they contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary to verify the exactness of such personal data;
2- the processing is illegal and the user opposes the deletion of personal data and instead requests that their use is limited;
3- although the data controller no longer needs them for processing, personal data are necessary for the user to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
4- the users have opposed the processing referred to in Art. 21, para. 1 of the GDPR pending verification of any prevalence of some legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the interested party.

- request the deletion of personal data concerning same without undue delay;
- obtain portability of the personal data concerning same;
- file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, which is the Guarantor for the processing of personal data, where conditions exist.
